The Details

Lost or missing packages

InteriorExotics is not liable if an incorrect address is entered at checkout, so please double-check your billing and shipping address before placing your order. If we make an error, we'll take full responsibility for the original order at no charge to you.

Customs & import fees

We are not responsible for any customs fees once an item has shipped. By purchasing from us, you consent that your package(s) may incur customs fees on arrival in your country.

Tracking your order

You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships (tracking is sometimes unavailable on free-shipping orders). For some carriers, it can take 1-3 business days for tracking information to update. If your order shipped more than 7 business days ago with no tracking update, contact us.

You can also check your order status anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Will my items ship together?

For logistical reasons, items from the same order are sometimes sent in separate packages, even if combined shipping was requested.
