Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks of purchase. Every order ships with tracking, and we email your tracking number as soon as it is handed to the carrier.

In the US, shipping is free on orders of $10 or more. For our 27 international countries, it is free on orders of $50 or more and $2.99 on orders from $10.99 to $49.99. Smaller orders and express options show live carrier rates at checkout.

We ship to the United States and 27 more countries. If your country appears at checkout, we deliver there.

Open Track Order and paste the carrier tracking number from your shipping email. Your order number (like #1024) is not the tracking number.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and email us right away with your order number and a photo. We will look into it and make it right, and return shipping for damaged, defective or incorrect items is on us.

Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging; sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. See Returns & Refunds for the full steps.

Most of our lamps run on USB power. The crystal table lamp is cordless and recharges over USB-C. Each product page lists the exact power details.
